The Kings Arms, East Street Dorchester
We are delighted to be taking part in the Wedding Exhibition at The Kings Arms, Dorchester this coming Sunday 27th March.
Here is a little snippit of history about The Kings Arms. It was built in 1720 in the centre of Dorchester during the reign of King George I. Throughout the intervening years several English monarchs including George IV and Queen Victoria have been residents at this old coaching inn. More recently Prince Charles and Prince William have been seen frequenting the hotel whilst in the area. Even the Beatles and the Rolling Stones have stayed here! From the moment you arrive through the near 300 year old portico, you are sure of a warm welcome by the staff and this sets the scene for your stay within the plush comfort of this historic hotel.

The hotel is licensed for weddings and the whole hotel can be booked for exclusivity if required.
We were thrilled when the Wedding Co-ordinator, Olivia, not only asked us to exhibit but also to showcase our pretty vintage crockery and floral arrangements by dressing some tables in their wedding function room.
Also attending this wedding exhibition is Stefanie of 'Gild The Lily' who will be bringing a fabulous selection of her exclusive couture bouquets and fabulous accessories.
We are sure this will be a wedding exhibition full of fabulous and interesting suppliers and Stefanie and I will be combining our various talents in vintage and unveiling a new and exciting venture so if you are in the area, pop along and say hi - we would love to see you.
