A Royal Wedding Fair

With The Royal Wedding only weeks away it seemed very appropriate to be exhibiting at a venue steeped in royal history.   Stepping into The Kings Arms in Dorchester, is literally like stepping back in time to when it was built in 1720 during the reign of King George I.  However although the hotel has kept true to the original features, it is very much up to date with its plush and welcoming accommodation.

On arrival we were warmly greeted by the Manager and shown to the room where we would be exhibiting.  Besides having a stand downstairs we were also styling a table for afternoon tea in the main reception room.

We love meeting new suppliers and we met some lovely ones local to Dorchester and further along the coast as far as Weymouth.

Personal thanks must go to two very special suppliers, Miss Natalies Cupcakes (http://www.missnattiescupcakes.co.uk/) for supplying some gorgeous cupcakes and Joanne of Vintage Twee (http://www.vintagetwee.com/) for the gorgeous place name tags and 'shabby chic' confetti/sweetie cones.

So to all the people we met and said hello to on Sunday, it was lovely to meet you and for the people who couldn't  make it, here are a few photos!!
