1920's weddings influence today's brides

As you know we have a passion for anything vintage  and are estatic to see today's celebrity brides taking fashion inspiration from the brides in the 1920's and early 1930's.

Womens veils in the 1920s were usually made of silk or lace with the material fitting tightly over the top of the head and covering the forehead like a cap.  Excess material could then be seen trailing  down the back of the veil.

Recent celebrity weddings also taking style influence from the brides of the 1920's

Kate's hair was styled in loose blonde waves underneath the 1920s-style cap veil with flower embroidery on the lace. Her head piece features floral detailing on either side of an off-white headband
Do you think this will start a new fashion trend with brides who want to incorporate a vintage theme into their wedding day.  May be we will start seeing bridal manufacturers creating this style for today's bride and budget and we will see it soon in bridal shops - we absolutely love it so  fingers crossed!
